Sales Operations Analyst

This role is part of Global Sales Operations team, a division of GTM Planning & Operations Group.

 

The mission of Sales Operations is to provide consistent and proactive support to sales leadership to drive efficient Quarterly sales cycle.  The group is led by Senior Manager, Global Sales Operations. The deliverables of this team will get visibility at the highest levels of company, as such this is a chance to help inform the direction of private and rapidly growing software company.

Responsibilities

  • Business partner to Regional Leadership team
  • Drive and focus on a consistent, timely manner, E2E forecast cadence in the region
  • Develop, maintain and improve predictive models and projection analysis that aim to reduce uncertainty and provide alerts on potential issues or risks preventing quota achievement
  • Managing the opportunity funnel for all pipes, ensuring velocity, quality, and coverage
  • Guide automation process of tools that support funnel and forecast management
  • Drive the adoption of the KPI dashboards and tools across the sales leadership team, deliver on-demand trainings on behalf sales operations in the region
  • Manage sales analytics and providing detailed and accurate sales metrics to measure effectiveness of the sales team and quickly and easily shows the performance of the sales organization
  • Analyze the performance of the sales organization throughout the sales process to identify areas of concern and best practices. Use this analysis to provide feedback and areas of focus to improve performance
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing & maintaining system implementation, business monitoring and ensuring alignment
  • Subject Matter Expert for salesforce.com and all sales related tools

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical skills to compile large amounts of data into an understandable format for decision-making
  • Significant data analytics, reporting and interpretation experience to support sales operations
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Execution-oriented
  • Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Fluent English, additional languages is a plus but not required
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and SalesForce.com
  • Expertise using BI applications
  • Understanding Sales Cycle and Sales Processes in software business
  • Bachelors/Master degree in Economics or/ Marketing/or Business Administration
