Sales Operations Manager, AMER

This role is part of Global Sales Operations team, a division of GTM Planning & Operations Group.

 

The mission of Sales Operations is to provide consistent and proactive support to sales leadership to drive efficient Quarterly sales cycle.  The group is led by Senior Manager, Global Sales Operations. The deliverables of this team will get visibility at the highest levels of company, as such this is a chance to help inform the direction of private and rapidly growing software company.

Responsibilities
  • Business partner to Sales Leadership team in the region
  • Drives forecasting process across the region in consistent and timely manner
  • Managing the opportunity pipeline for all pipes, ensuring velocity, quality, and coverage
  • Delivering scorecard metrics including measures against pipeline, budget attainment, and reporting forecast
  • Drives automation projections to support forecast cadence and pipeline management
  • Territories design and implementation management in SFDC (verticals, geography, etc.)
  • Regional Sales roles inventory management
  • SFDC Objects Ownership and SFDC assignments rules management (maintaining the documentations of rules)
  • Subject Matter Expert for salesforce.com and all sales related tools
  • Maintains of Team maps in the regions  
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Preference for candidates who have completed a 3-5 year business operations program at technology company


• Preference for candidates who have completed a 2-year analyst program at a top consulting firm or investment bank

  • o Preference for candidates with post-analyst program experience in a technology company
Additional skills

• Ability to decompose complex question/problems, build work plans, identify data sources
• Ability to perform analytical work independently, synthesize findings, and package answers into executive ready deliverables
• Proven track record of being a clear communicator and being comfortable in front of senior leaders
• Be a self-directing person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• SFDC advance user experience

• Experience with BI tools is recommended (Sisense, Tableau, Qlik View, ect)
