“We genuinely celebrate each other’s sales successes.”

Rooting for others

The people James met at his interview set the tone for his Veeam career. “I wanted to move to a vendor that was disruptive and could give me a bigger playing field. But what swung it was the UK senior management team. Everyone I met was professional but really human. People I’d be happy to work with.”

James started as a Territory Manager. Now he’s a Key Account Manager in Warrington — in an enterprise sales role, generating revenue from designated accounts. One thing has stood out for James in his four years at Veeam. “I’ve never been part of such a tight-knit sales team. We work towards the same goals in a way I’ve never seen before and will probably never see again. We genuinely want our colleagues to do well. We celebrate each other’s successes on a deal-by-deal basis. And we stay connected. There’s a very human mentality here.”

We know that we’re at our best when we’re growing together and James has witnessed that first-hand. #That’sVeeamazing!
