Principal Recruiter, EMEA & Emerging Markets, Great Britain
Matt joined Veeam in April 2014, as Inhouse Recruiter. Now he is a Principal Recruiter with much wider range of responsibilities.
I was attracted to the growth and agility of the Veeam business.
I was promoted within my 1st year, and have been given responsibility of working on several global projects. Veeam is growing at such a rate, that development is readily available if the work is put in.
The main thing is energy… Veeam has a very fast-paced and dynamic environment, where the speed and quality of results are what you are measured against. In addition to the energy, you must be adaptable; goals can move and priorities can change daily, so it is important to keep-up!
I recruit for all positions within EMEA & EM. It is my role to attract the best possible talent into Veeam, in a timely and cost-effective manner. I like the liaison with colleagues and candidates right across EMEA & EM, the pace, and the sense of achievement when filling vacancies with people who I know will add value to the business, but also take an important step-forward in their career
Don’t be afraid of change, if you can adapt and perform, you will progress at Veeam.
